Welcome to my SUICIDE! Rotating Header Image

Welcome!

I’m going to post here about the many reasons for my own suicide as well as about people who killed themselves or attempted to kill themselves due to financial problems and foreclosure.

This site isn’t about depression and suicide because a spouse cheated or any other personal issues.  It’s about people who can’t stand the injustice and the financial problems that could so easily be avoided if the system wasn’t DESIGNED to exploit and disown the disadvantaged.

More and more people become suicidal over financial problems and there’s no bailout for them.

The politicians choose to hand literally TRILLIONS of dollars to bankers, investors, insurers and corporations “too large to fail.”

  • The entire consumer credit system is based on credit reports deliberately designed to contain as much incorrect data as possible.
  • FICO scores are based on this false and incomplete data and even ADD entirely fictitious late payments created by the Fair Isaac’s scoring software.

The FDIC won’t identify the banks on the watch list to protect them.

In contrast, arbitrary credit scores are utilized to “predict” whether consumers will default on their debts.

The prediction of a default is a self-fulfilling prophecy as creditors charge higher interest rates, insurers charge higher premiums and landlords charge higher rents.

Banks were encouraged to approve loans according to FICO scores and other credit scores.

Without credit scoring, the banks would have had to notice that many borrowers couldn’t possibly afford to pay back the loans.

That many lives are destroyed in the process is not of any concern for the men and women behind the curtain.

We, the people, are disposable, with no other purpose than to make the rich richer.

The government not only wants to make it easy for the banks to make loans, but it also wants to control the population.

Consumers obsessed with their credit and financial problems won’t have time to educate themselves about the important issues.

We’re supposed to work our asses off in crappy jobs with fewer and fewer benefits to be able to pay interest to the bankers for crap we don’t need and can’t afford and of course to pay TAXES.  The taxes are mostly used to fund the military and to subsidize large corporations.

The government is fully prepared to impose martial law should we organize to express our dissent.

As a pacifist and realist, I see a public suicide as the only option to eventually cause change.

I’ve worked for many years to prevent the current credit crisis.  Not only have I been ignored by the legislators and regulators, but I’ve suffered through seven years of litigation and ridicule by corporate lawyers and corrupt judges.

  • I’m about as tired of being ignored and abused as it gets.
  • The real reasons for the credit crisis aren’t discussed anywhere.

In fact, LowerMyBillsLowerMyBills.com (owned by credit bureau Experian) continues with the illegal and totally false advertising of mortgages with impunity.

The credit bureaus continue to implement procedures to maximize inaccuracy and they know how to really bring the FICO scores down.

The credit bureaus gained almost total control over the legislature, regulators and courts.  They commit perjury with impunity.  Even the 9th circuit court of appeals gave them the green light to continue their vile illegal practices.   Credit bureaus routinely refuse to correct the most obvious incorrect reporting after receiving disputes.  Low scorers are most profitable.

Fair Isaac knows that its credit scoring software CREATES entirely fictitious late payments, severely lowering the FICO scores.

Katrina victims were punished with higher interest rates and some even had accounts closed after their FICO scores dropped due to credit inquiries for apartments, utilities and to finance new cars.  Why should ANYONE pay more interest and higher insurance premiums because they moved?

The system is designed to exploit the disadvantaged and to move their assets to the wealthy.

I’m also very tired of the many people who continually demand that I work for them free of charge.  No matter how many thousands of hours I work free of charge to document debt elimination scams, credit reporting issues and FICO scoring bugs  — entirely free of charge at my websites – it is never enough.

While I often refer to the corporations and the government causing the problems, it’s the PEOPLE who make the decisions and PEOPLE run to the show.

For many years I’ve given all I had and I’ve accomplished NOTHING.

I’m not talking about helping someone keep their house or improve their FICO score.  That’s the sideshow, a means to research, study and document what’s wrong with our society and laws.

I’m not the Mother Theresa type, nor do I enjoy her benefits.  Mother Theresa had it made, she flew first class, got the best medical care and she didn’t have to worry about dying in ditch because she couldn’t afford to live.

I’m in it to create change and I’m hoping that a spectacular suicide will eventually make it possible.

I don’t have kids, most people who’d care already died.

Verizon gets credit for apparently reporting an entirely fraudulent collection on my relative Dorothea Weidinger’s credit, greatly contributing to her death.

Dorothea had MS, then got breast cancer, had no health insurance and significant credit card debt.  Then the bankers raised the interest rates “due to her credit report”.

Sometimes I talked to Dorothea at night.  She’d rest on her bed after a long stressful day working with first-time buyers in San Francisco and she couldn’t even hold the phone. MS. We talked about ordering her credit reports online, but it was hard for her to type or push buttons on a phone.  The credit bureaus don’t accommodate for people with disabilities.  She never got her credit reports.

I talked with Dorothea for two hours on the phone the day before she was transferred from the hospital to a hospice.  She thought that she could recover.  She was very positive, probably due to the morphine.  Yet, she was so worried about being able to finance a car again and she asked how to handle the lease for her car since she had no money left to make any payments.  Unfortunately, I had to tell her that it makes no difference to the credit whether you send in the keys or just abandon the vehicle.

Your credit is shot either way and creditors show absolutely no mercy for people who couldn’t pay due to circumstances beyond their control.

The 100 word statement credit bureaus tout with their investigation results is about as useful as writing your excuse on your bathroom wall.   It is entirely ignored by credit scores and almost all credit decisions are based on scores.  Rarely does a creditor even see the report, they just have the magic number appear on the computer screen and that’s that.

You also won’t get a single FICO score point for paying a collections.  Fair Isaac determined that no matter what the reason, once you had a collection reported, you must be a deadbeat for next 7 years.

I didn’t tell Dorothea that.  I tried talk about more pleasant subjects.

We talked about moving to Mexico.  Her friends had just bought a house in a predominantly American/Canadian area and as a real estate agent fluent in Spanish, Dorothea hoped to be able to earn a living in a warmer climate.  I wanted to move to Nicaragua, but it would have been great to spend some time with her, learn Spanish, do the leg work.

Two weeks later Dorothea was dead.

Dorothea had provided her SSN and for my Verizon cellphone after my bankruptcy in 1996 so that I didn’t have to pay a deposit.  All the bills were in my name and Dorothea never signed anything.  After I closed the account in 1999, Verizon sent a refund check.  I didn’t deposit it because it had already expired when I received it and I knew that it was sent in error.   Then Verizon started billing me.  I disputed numerous times with Verizon, their collectors and the FCC, their regulator.   The FCC ruled that Verizon was right because it said so.

It wasn’t until much later that I found out through discovery that Verizon apparently reported the fraudulent collection on Dorothea’s credit.   Since it never was on MY credit and they mailed everything to me, I had no idea.   Of course I would have gladly paid the $90 I didn’t owe to try to save her life.

Thats how a $90 uncashed refund check can kill someone …

I’ve been recommending that consumers pay their bills twice BEFORE the account is reported if that’s what creditors demand and their credit is important.

Most corporate officers, lawyers and judges and legislators are ruthless killers.

Millions of people could die and they would NOT care.   In fact, hundreds of millions already died for Haliburton, Bechtel, Exxon, Chevron, Chase, Citi, Monsanto, Dole and a long list of corporations killing for profits.

The other day I heard a caller on a radio show asking a psychologist whether there’s something wrong with him because he has no feelings for the people who lose their homes in foreclosure.  He’s doing all right and he just doesn’t care about others.

There are many like him.

And many are so incredibly cruel.  Reading the comments in response to articles about suicides, I cannot comprehend how so many people can be so vile.

There are the fake nonprofits like ACORN, the obnoxious liberal talking heads, the Obama supporters and his singing Hitler Youth –  if that doesn’t scare the crap out of you, what will?

While many people (still?) have empathy and actively try to create positive changes, I don’t see anyone being successful.

I was very excited when I first learned about the common good bank.

Apparently they don’t have the $1.5 million start-up capital.  The government gives TRILLIONS of dollars to for profit banks, but won’t invest in the one bank that would return the profits to the account holders and communities?  Where is Soros?  Where are all the wealthy liberals?

Watch the slide show to see what COULD be.

I also had high expectations for http://thezeitgeistmovement.com/

Unfortunately, they want a society ruled by machines and they want to restore the planet to pre human condition.    Humans are reduced to well fed walking zombies with no desires or ambitions.  Think lobotomy.

No thanks!

Who programs the machines?

After 7 years in various courts, I must accept that justice cannot be found in America unless you are wealthy.

I’m extremely tired of documenting how everything sucks.

Everything is so incredibly negative.

Some blame me for the problems.  I made it happen through my negativity.

I need to act when I see a house burn.  I can’t just stand there and send positive thoughts.  Sorry.

I’m tired of documenting injustices only to have my work ignored.

Now there’s nothing left to do for me.  I’m not the militia type looking forward to kill cops and soldiers.

The ONLY way I can try to make a difference is by committing public suicide like Budd Dwyer.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Budd_Dwyer

Here’s the video of Budd Dwyer blowing his brains out at a press conference: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8600961031569519350

Just like that, perfect.  In front of the appeals court in San Francisco.  It would be a nice touch to have my blood on the building.

Before I kill myself, I’ll be posting about my court cases, the judges and lawyers.

Instead of writing my book as I’ve planned to do for a year and never even had time to get started, I’ll just put it all on the web.  It’ll take me at least half a year to get prepared and I hope to encourage others who consider suicide to plan as I do.

I’ll make sure that my estate does NOT go to the bankers.

Of course I know that many people don’t have that much time, they’re facing eviction, homelessness, hunger, pain.  At the very least, they should make sure that the world knows WHY they are killing themselves.

I’ll do whatever I can to ensure that my sites and my research won’t be removed.  Not an easy task, considering the increase in censorship, but I will try.

It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

    Dear Christine,

I would be very sad if your suicide progressed beyond the strategizing stage.

I admire your compassion and courage tremendously.

I remember the Buddhist Monks, whose self-immolation in protest of the war in Southeast Asia was scoffed at by most Americans. Like you, I felt deeply hurt by the public’s callous disregard or even ridicule of those very, very painful sacrifices.

Living with compassion is painful too. Continuing to live is not so spectacular a sacrifice, but I believe it is almost always more effective than death. The dead are soon forgotten. Alive, we can at least be fleas, biting the ass of the hideous monster that our economic system has become. And if we choose a less final public suffering, like living on the street or fasting or going half naked in the winter, then we can concurrently continue to remind people of our humanity, making it harder for them to dismiss the message behind our suffering.

Hang in there. Keep doing what you can. There are others of us who care too. Let’s stick together.

    Love, William

    Hi William,

    I suppose I wasn’t clear. I really don’t like pain. I don’t like to suffer. I don’t like seeing other people suffer.

    I’m a “can do” person. I see a problem, I solve it.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter how many problems and solutions I document because the problems are created by design and the legislators and regulators choose to ignore me.

We just had many thousands of people call and fax their representatives to voice their opposition to the bailout.

    They were entirely IGNORED.

Legislators were even threatened with martial law if they didn’t vote for the bailout.

    http://credit-crisis.info/category/martial-law/

Not that long ago I thought that the solution was simple:

Remove yourself from the system and let it die. Stop financing it. Don’t use commercial banks. Form co-ops to sell goods produced by members, use alternative currency, buy USED what has to be factory produced, such as cars, appliances and electronics.

But there’s just no interest. Nor would it work, as the legislators would pass laws prohibiting those activities.

Quite likely, American and European economies will collapse anyway. The military is ready to kill Americans and to imprison MILLIONS of dissidents in camps. They’ve prepared for this for a long time.

That in itself is a good reason to kill myself. I don’t want to die in a concentration camp. I don’t want to be tortured.

Whatever happens happens. There’s nothing I can do about it.

So I would like my work to be available to the people designing new financial systems. They should know that you can not allow credit bureaus to operate as for profit businesses and that credit scores don’t work.

They should know that the judicial system is dysfunctional.
    http://credit-crisis.info/judicial-reform-ensure-fair-proceedings-for-pro-se-litigants/

Of course they may not care because it is the bankers in charge.

But at least I’ll have done all I could do.

    Don’t do it Christine,

Everyone needs you. You are down in the dumps, but it will be better tomorrow. I saw the postings from the sick fuck that has written you.. surely it’s Mark Cella. He is evil, nasty, and HATES that you write and compaign against him. He is NOT to be trusted Christine. But with your help one day, we all believe he will be put out of business and will serve time for his illegal activities.

Believe in yourself and be strong!! You are interesting, smart, and all of your work is so helpful.. Think of all the people you saved with all of your posts.

    Thank you

    Jason

    Jason and Gio,

It’s really not about ME or what other people want me to be.

So many OTHERS already lost everything including their lives and MILLIONS are going to be in deep shit as they lose their jobs. MANY will kill themselves.

I tried to show my readers how to make a difference, I tried to lead by example.

Take FDRS. I called on the “victims” to file complaints and to contact advertisers. I posted how I finally got GCN to stop running the FDRS ads.

    NOBODY posted their efforts.

I’m not suicidal, but there IS the REALITY that I can’t change the world by myself unless I kill myself. Well, maybe.

And I forgot to post the link to my followup posting:

I’m disabling comments here because you should really read part 2 first.
